We pick you up before the sun sets and begin our trek into the Sonoran Desert. As the sun sets the desert explodes with color and depth of view, not available in full sun. The Rincon Mountains jump forward as the setting sun departs from view. Night hiking facilitates an experience seldom visited. As the light of day turns to dark the wildlife of the desert begin to appear. Most animals of the desert, whether nocturnal by nature or not, hunt and travel at night.
