GUIDED ROAD BIKING

Customize Your Road Biking Trip

Our guided road bike trips can be completely customized to suit your needs and abilities.

Southern Arizona offers great winter biking on quiet roads in the Sonoran Desert with giant saguaro and other cacti, vast grassland prairies, pine forests and the rugged, rock formations of the surrounding mountains. The area also offers rich historical traditions with the Native American San Xavier Reservation and Mission; Hispanic architecture, food and culture; and the rangeland, cowboy culture of Tombstone, Bisbee and other wild-west towns. This trip is a perfect introduction to the natural beauty and historic traditions of the Southwest.

Of course we will have a SAG wagon, "The Short Bus", to facilitate you calling out "I've had enough." We will be traveling on some of the most remote roads, and some busy roads. Flats, hills, hell, even mountain roads will all be encountered. Scenery, beauty, diversity, it is all here. And of course great locations to call it quits for the day.

Food, oh yeah, we can do that. Clean up after a very full day of spectacular riding and we will transport you to some of the best eating that the area has to offer. There will be time to check out the town that we will be visiting too. Well, maybe not the first couple of days. Support staff will travel with/ride with you. Staff will be available to 'tune' and check out your bike as needed. Communication will be maintained between staff on the bike and the support vehicle. Variables and variations of routes are available to facilitate your wants and needs.
